Sheer and Ryan
Two days after we get married, we'll make our way to Rwanda for our honeymoon to fulfill one of the dreams we've fantasized about together for years. Our main reason for going to Rwanda is to observe mountain gorillas in their natural environment in the Parc National des Volcans. As many of you know, we both love animals and we discovered during our ten-month trip that a majority of our favorite travel experiences centered on interactions with animals. Going to Rwanda to see mountain gorillas in their natural habitat is what inspired us to choose Rwanda as our honeymoon destination. Along with the main attraction of tracking gorillas on foot, we'll spend another day hiking in the Nyungwe Forest where we'll be able to catch sight of chimpanzees, several monkey species, and tons of birds! When we're not at the Nyungwe Forest or the Parc National des Volcans, we'll have some time to experience the capital Kigali, the genocide memorial, as well as museums and villages in other parts of the tiny country. We are so excited for this incredible cultural experience and the opportunity to see some endangered species in their natural habitats in a nonintrusive way. It is going to be the trip of a lifetime and a totally unforgettable honeymoon!Rwanda Mabayi, Burundi Nyanza, Rwanda Democratic Republic Of The Congo Kigali, Rwanda
