Lindsay and Cory
USA! USA! USA! Hello there! You have found our Honeymoon Registry. It has always been on Cory's bucket list to go cheer on Team USA at an Olympic games. It has always been on Lindsay's bucket list to keep Cory traveling as much as possible! Why not help us kill two birds with one stone? We want to plan the trip of a lifetime that would take us not only to the Olympics, but to travel and visit the surrounding area of Rio and make as many memories as possible. We want to see as many of the surrounding sites, eat as much of the local cuisine, and have a couple of crazy adventures. But we need your help! Not only are we planning a wedding, we are also putting the rest of our available funds towards the purchase of our first property. We hope that with the help of this website, and the two year time frame, we can plan the honeymoon of our dreams!Rio, Brazil Denver, Colorado
Lindsay and Cory like to think of themselves as experienced travelers. But nothing will fully prepare them for the 13-16 hour travel time needed to get from Denver, CO to Rio de Janeiro.
After a whirlwind few weeks in South America, it will be time for us to return home to our families (and our dog!), and get on with everyday life. Time to return to reality!
We plan on getting gloriously lost in the city (probably more than once). Help us get back to the hotel!
In 2016, Rio will be hosting the Summer Olympics, and seeing this international sporting event has always been on the top of both Lindsay and Cory's bucket lists. We plan on seeing as many events ...
With these tickets, we'll be able to view all the historical collections in the museums.
Cory has agreed to eat the local fare- and that means that Lindsay gets to pick an amazing seafood dinner for two!
We'd love to splurge on local ice-cream or comfy flip-flops. North of Rio de Janeiro, there is an incredibly expanse of beaches with pockets of silence and remote romance.
We'll pretend to be celebrities as we celebrate our honeymoon with cocktails on the beach.
After a few days in Rio we want to get as much out of the trip as possible, traveling to a few nearby countries that we probably won't be able to see again. We'd love to stay in this amazing natur...
With grapes that no longer exist in Europe, such as the Carmenere, Chile is an amazing place for us to taste the different wines.
One evening, we will enjoy wandering the local market, full of local vendors and plenty of surprises for sale!
