Rachel and Ted
Hi everyone! We would love to include your in our preparations for our honeymoon to the Caribbean. Travel has always been important to us, and we can't wait to share our adventures with you. We're going to start our trip in Puerto Rico, where we'll do a night kayaking trip through the bioluminescent bay on the island of Vieques. Next, we'll head to rustic Dominica, where we'll take a grueling hike over the volcanic landscape of the island to Boiling Lake, the second largest boiling lake in the world! We'll also hang out in eco lodges, do some snorkeling (or maybe even diving) and swim in the bubbles of Champagne Bay. Finally, we'll take a boat to Saint Lucia and spend some time relaxing on the beach. Thanks for visiting our registry. Hugs and love, Rachel and TedDominica Saint Lucia Puerto Rico San Juan, Puerto Rico Wotten Waven, Dominica
This will be the first night of our honeymoon. We'll have a nice dinner and then launch out into the city in search of rum, poetry, salsa, and other good times.
Off the coast of Vieques there is a bioluminescent bay. We plan to take a night kayaking trip with glass bottom kayaks.
We look forward to sampling this local specialty, which is seafood encased in plantains.
Morne Trois Piton's National Park has some gorgeous treehouse accommodations. We will spend some time here and watch parrots from our porch.
We'll go out for some coconut stew and a local beer made from Dominica's famous spring water.
We're going to take a stupidly grueling hike through the volcanic mud-soaked plains of The Valley of Desolation to the second largest boiling lake in the world. We need a guide. (Please help).
Off of Champagne Reef, volcanic vents create bubbles in the ocean. We're going to go snorkeling in this big bowl of bubbly.
A trip on a catamaran through the Caribbean from St. Lucia to Dominica (and back again).
Dorado, also known as Mahi Mahi, is the catch of choice on Saint Lucia. We look forward to an intimate seafood dinner, perhaps caught by this guy.
