MacKenzie and Stu
In late September/early October, we'll be celebrating our nuptials by hopping the pond to spend two whirlwind weeks in Italy. Our honeymoon will take us to Venice, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, the Cinque Terre, the smaller hill towns and countryside of Tuscany and Umbria, and Rome!
We are so excited for this opportunity to travel and explore such a wonderful country and culture together. We'd love to bring you all along, but as we can't, we invite you to join us "in spirit" by contributing to one of our general travel funds (airfare, lodging, food, wine, & gelato...all the necessities) or to a specific romantic experience (gondola ride!) - and we'll be sure to send you pictures!
You'll notice that we've divided each item into smaller, modest chunks; guests may contribute one or more portions of any particular item. During checkout, you can choose to either pay by credit card online or by cash/check.
We can't wait for the trip and to share our experiences with our friends and family when we return!
Help us get there! We'll be flying into Rome and out of Venice.
Over the course of our trip we'll be staying in Venice, Florence, Vernazza (Cinque Terre), Montepulciano (Tuscany), and Rome.
We can't wait to try the amazing local and seasonal food of Italy!
Help us sample the myriad delicious wines of the beautiful regions of Lazio, Umbria, Tuscany, Liguria, and Veneto!
Best ice cream on the planet. Need we say more?
With Rosetta Stone's Italian Level 1 method, help us learn essential Italian phrases such as "Dove il bagno?" ("Where is the bathroom?")
No trip to Venice is complete without a romantic gondola ride.

We'll stop for a picnic as we hike around Lucca's famed Renaissance wall.
We plan to have a nice picnic during a 7 mile hike through the villages of the Cinque Terre.

What's a honeymoon registry?
Wanderable is a new and unique honeymoon registry that allows wedding guests to gift
meaningful and memorable experiences to a newlywed couple.
Similar to a traditional registry where the couple registers for gifts,
couples will create a Wanderable registry website where guests can choose a thoughtful
experience to give based on their unique relationship with the couple.
Couples who choose Wanderable want a beautiful experience to help begin their journey together.
A marriage is about the experience of life and the journey you are just beginning together.
Wanderable believes that this is at the core of marriage. And the only way to help a
couple celebrate this is to provide a meaningful wedding gift of one of the first experiences
of this journey together.
Wanderable helps couples get started on their journey by providing a unique way for
guests to give more than a thing, but a gift of a new life experience the couple can share.
We believe that experiences can be made into memorable gifts, that feel as real as receiving
any other gift you can unwrap.
