This hotel was recommended to us by a friend and is supposably right in the center of many of the vibrant markets in Fez.
We've heard the large outdoor markets in Marrakech are vast and overwhelming without someone to show you around, but also so much the center of city life. Megan, in particular, is excited to sneak ...
Located right in one of the main squares in the city, this riad is known for its large patios, leafy courtyard and dipping pool!
This hotel is supposed to be gorgeous -- with outdoor leafy terraces and common areas. It's a bit on the spendy side to stay, but we're really excited to visit and share a nice meal together.
This is a guided camel trek into the desert. It can usually be quite hot, but we're hoping September will be a bit more mild -- and we're already thinking up names for our respective camels.
I'm sure we'll be sad to leave Morocco, but eager to head to Italy!
While we won't be in Naples long and are heading out the next morning for Amalfi, we know we need to try the famed pizza here. And maybe a bottle of wine, too?

Set amidst vineyards and olive groves, we can't wait to escape to this off-the-beaten path hotel in the Supramonte countryside of Northern Sardinia
Sa Picchedda is a favorite restaurant in Bosa with a big garden veranda and lots of local seafood. Megan's excited about the supposably famous fregola alla arselle (rice-shaped pasta with clams and...
We found a great apartment in the historic center of Naples and will use this as our home base to try as much pizza and gelato as possible for the one night we're there before heading to Amalfi the...
Our friends Allison and Alejandro told us about this special villa apartment in Praino just down the road from Positano. We can't wait to camp out here for a week and use the villa as home base fro...
We found a very small boating company that picks up at the beach right below our villa apartment and heads to Capri. Most of the boats only take 6 people so it won't feel massive and touristy.
While we can't really afford to stay here overnight, we can't wait to spend time on the gorgeous patio for a meal. Sam will likely write you a postcard. Megan will likely order a Negroni.
